On December 29, Gao Xiang, President of CIMC Group and Chairman of CIMC ENRIC, visited Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "CIMC SOE" or "the Company") for inspection and guidance. He was accompanied and received by the company's leadership, including Gao Wenbao, Vice President of CIMC ENRIC and General Manager of CIMC SOE; Wang Jianding, Executive Deputy General Manager; Su Fei, Zhou Lubing, and Jiang Weifeng, Deputy General Managers; Shi Chongbing, CFO; Shang Jinyan and Wei Guangsheng, Assistant General Managers; and Lou Jiwei, Senior Advisor.

Mr. Gao Xiang first visited the west yard and dock to inspect the operation of shipbuilding facilities and the progress of ongoing projects on site. He then proceeded to the east yard Phase II newly developed area, staff canteen, dormitories, and exhibition hall to gain a detailed understanding of the company's production layout and logistical support. He acknowledged the company's continuous efforts to enhance its overall operational capabilities.

Following the inspection, the leaders held a symposium in a meeting room. Mr. Gao Wenbao began by reporting on CIMC SOE's key operational results for 2025 and the business strategy for 2026. Subsequently, the attending leaders engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on several core topics.

In conclusion, Mr. Gao Xiang affirmed the operational achievements made by CIMC SOE in 2025, as well as its goals and strategy for 2026.
