CIMC SOE's 2025 badminton tournament concluded successfully

On December 6, the 2025 All-Employee Badminton Tournament of Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "CIMC SOE") successfully concluded at the West Area Activity Center. This year's tournament attracted numerous badminton enthusiasts, featuring men's singles, women's singles, and mixed doubles events. The exciting matches not only showcased the energetic and positive spirit of the employees but also sparked a company-wide enthusiasm for sports and fitness.



Since the tournament kicked off in late October, the courts have been filled with passion and energy. The competition in the men's singles category was particularly fierce. From the point battles in the group stages to the thrilling duels in the knockout rounds, every match was captivating. Zhang Bo from the Assembly Department emerged as the men's singles champion with excellent technique and steady performance, battling through tough matches to claim the title. Ran Guanglin from the Offshore Project Management Department secured second place, and Wei Guangsheng from the General Manager's Office won third place.



In the women's singles competition, the female players delivered equally remarkable performances. They sprinted across the court, executing deft drop shots and powerful smashes. Liu Zhuoran from the Ship Development Department demonstrated overwhelming dominance, ultimately taking the championship. Niu Xuzhuan from the Ship Design Department and Yu Xu from the Ship Marketing Department also earned second and third place, respectively, with their outstanding play.



The mixed doubles event saw seven pairs competing, with their cooperation becoming a major highlight. Players needed to demonstrate not only individual skill but also precise synchronization with their partners. Every exchange of glances and every covering move highlighted strong team cohesion. The "champion pair" of Wei Guangsheng from the General Manager's Office and Liu Zhuoran from the Ship Development Department delivered a particularly impressive performance, winning the mixed doubles title without dropping a single game throughout the tournament. The pair of Chu Tianyuan from the Shipbuilding Project Management Department and Niu Xuzhuan from the Ship Design Department won second place, while the pair of Yuan Min from the Ship Marketing Department and Yu Xu from the Offshore Marketing Department secured third place.



Furthermore, to encourage active participation from all departments, the tournament specially established a "Best Organization Award". The Procurement Department stood out with its high participation rate, demonstrating efficient organizational skills and a strong sense of teamwork, and rightfully claimed this award.



This badminton tournament not only provided employees with a platform to compete and interact but also promoted the philosophy of "Happy Work, Healthy Life."
