On October 1, National Day, Su Fei, Deputy General Manager of Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"), Chairman of the Labor Union, and Director of the Company's Safety Committee, entrusted by General Manager Gao Wenbao, along with Wei Guangsheng, Assistant General Manager on duty, conducted a specialized safety inspection deep within the production frontline across the Company's East and West Plant.

The inspection team, led by Mr. Su and Mr. Wei, first visited the security post at the West Plant, meticulously examining the implementation of holiday security measures. Mr. Su specifically reiterated the key points from the pre-holiday security briefing, identified on-site issues with gate management, and issued a stern critique to the relevant security personnel. He demanded immediate rectification, strict enforcement of personnel and vehicle entry/exit registration systems, and ensured that log records are accurate, truthful, and updated in real-time to firmly secure the first line of defense for plant safety.

Next, the team proceeded to the office building in the West Plant to verify the holiday duty arrangements. Mr. Su reviewed the duty roster, confirmed the presence of on-duty personnel, and urged responsible persons from all departments to faithfully fulfill their duties, ensure the effective implementation of the duty system, and maintain a state of readiness for emergency response, thereby providing solid support for holiday production safety.

At the West Zone terminal, Mr. Su and Mr. Wei focused on inspecting the sorting, storage, and compliant disposal of recyclable metal scraps such as steel and copper, emphasizing the necessity for standardized management in accordance with company regulations.

They then boarded the 12,500 cubic meter LNG bunkering vessel (S1092), which is in a critical construction phase. To ensure its timely and high-quality delivery, the project team continued intensive work during the holiday. The leaders inspected the tank gas chamber openings, asked the implementation of nitrogen protection measures, and stressed the importance of ensuring all processes are safe and reliable. During this, Mr. Su conducted a specialized check on hot work operations, meticulously examined the qualification certificates of welders and fire watch personnel, and queried them on key safety procedures on-site. Upon identifying irregularities in the execution of work and guardian protocols, Mr. Su immediately criticized the responsible person from the labor team, demanding a comprehensive review be organized, rectification completed, and results reported within the day to ensure every safety measure is properly implemented.

The inspection continued at the West Zone warehouse, where Mr. Su inquired about holiday material management and the execution of daily management procedures. He required warehouse duty personnel to strictly adhere to the company's material management regulations, diligently maintain inbound/outbound logs and on-site management, continuously optimize workflows, and effectively ensure the safety, standardization, and orderliness of material storage and circulation.

Finally, the inspection team arrived at the East Zone AI Monitoring Center. Utilizing the AI video surveillance system and drone patrol technology, they surveyed the production status at the external terminal and the two 40,000 cubic meter LPG/liquid ammonia carriers. During the inspection, Mr. Su paid particular attention to security management at the terminal area. Referencing national safety regulations for open terminals, he instructed safety specialists to consult relevant legal documents, systematically review requirements, and formulate clear terminal management standards. He especially emphasized the strict enforcement of national regulations against smuggling and stowaways, improving the inspection procedures for personnel and vehicle access, and resolutely preventing any illegal or non-compliant activities to ensure terminal management is lawful, compliant, safe, and orderly.

This National Day safety inspection covered key areas and critical links across both the East and West plants, fully demonstrating the company management's high priority and sense of responsibility regarding holiday production safety, while also conveying deep concern for frontline employees. While strictly performing safety checks, the leaders also engaged in cordial communication with on-duty staff, thanking them for their hard work. Moving forward, the company will utilize a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous measures to fully guarantee safe and stable production during the holiday period, ensuring everyone enjoys a joyful and secure festival!
