On September 22, Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC SOE" or "the Company") held a series of meaningful and dynamic events to warmly celebrate the 43rd anniversary of CIMC Group's operation. At 8:15 AM, the flag-raising ceremony commenced in the square in front of the Company's office building. Accompanied by the majestic national anthem, the Five-starred Red Flag was hoisted slowly; subsequently, the CIMC flag and the Company flag were raised in turn, fluttering in the air. All attendees stood in solemn respect, and the resounding notes of The Song of CIMC filled the square—every lyric brimming with respect for the Group's 43 years of dedication to industry and persistent endeavor.
Following the flag-raising ceremony, Gao Wenbao, Vice President of CIMC ENRIC and General Manager of the Company, delivered a speech. He reviewed the Group's history from its beginnings to becoming an industry leader, affirmed the Company's solid achievements in the field of offshore equipment manufacturing, and encouraged all employees to take the anniversary as a new starting point, upholding the spirit of "Never Give Up, Work Together" to continue writing new chapters of development on the new journey.
Before the solemnity of the ceremony had faded, the energy of the competition field burst forth. The "Multi-Person Multi-Leg" team fun race kicked off immediately, with four teams formed by trade union groups quickly assembling. Shoulder to shoulder and legs tied together, the participants adjusted their pace through cooperation, gathering momentum for the final sprint with mutual encouragement. Along the 25-meter track, rising and falling cheers wove together into the most fervent melody, as each team interpreted the meaning of "Unity is Strength" through their all-out effort, showcasing the positive and striving spirit of CIMC people.
After intense competition, awards were duly presented. While receiving honors, the concept of "Collaboration for Win-Win" was deeply ingrained in every employee's mind.
At noon, the Company provided a specially arranged festive meal for all employees as well as shipowners and surveyors present. In the evening, the "CIMC Good Story" speech contest perfectly concluded the anniversary celebrations. The speech contest on CIMC's cultural values was conducted in a combined online and offline format. The Company organized the management team, key cadres, and new graduate trainees to watch collectively. Contestants from various levels of the Group competed on the same stage, sharing heartfelt stories of dedication around them. Among them, Ji Na from the Company's Office successfully advanced to the finals after several rounds of intense competition and took to the Group stage to tell the story of the "Offshore Oil 302".
