On the afternoon of March 7, in celebration of Girls' Day, Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC SOE"), in collaboration with the YinYang Town Youth League Committee and Women's Federation, organized a unique matchmaking event for single employees. Su Fei, Deputy General Manager of CIMC SOE and Chairman of the Labor Union, attended the event, witnessing this romantic spring gathering.

The event kicked off at the company’s West Zone Activity Center, which was beautifully decorated with a creative check-in wall, balloons, and flowers, creating a warm and festive spring atmosphere. The male participants were talented young professionals from various departments of CIMC SOE, while the female participants came from schools, banks, and government institutions. After check-in, participants were randomly grouped through a draw, setting the stage for interactive games.

At the start of the event, Su Fei delivered an enthusiastic speech, expressing care and blessings for the employees and extending special holiday greetings to the women present. He stated, "CIMC SOE is a company that values employee well-being and is committed to creating opportunities for work-life balance. We hope this event allows everyone to relax, make new friends, and actively participate in every activity."

The event was filled with exciting and fun activities! The ice-breaking session, guided by a professional psychologist, quickly helped participants overcome initial shyness. Through engaging games, laughter filled the room, bringing everyone closer.

Next, the thrilling "Points Battle" began! In the "Pass the Flower" game, a bouquet was quickly passed around as music played, and the lucky holder showcased their talents or answered fun questions when the music stopped, eliciting applause and laughter. The "Guess the Song" segment tested everyone’s music knowledge, with teams eagerly competing to identify familiar tunes. The "Love Relay" saw pairs working together to transport balloons to the finish line, cheered on by the crowd. In the “Bonus Theater" , participants performed improvised skits based on classic movie lines, earning applause for their humorous performances. After several rounds, Team 2 emerged as the champion, with each member receiving a gift.

The "Handmade Gift" session added a romantic touch. Participants chose to make lacquer fans, fluid bears, or rose-shaped building blocks, pouring their hearts into creating meaningful gifts for someone special. The air was filled with romance, setting the stage for the confession of love.

The highlight of the event, the "Confession of Love Moment", brought the atmosphere to its peak. Participants presented their handmade gifts to their crushes, and two couples successfully matched, exchanging gifts and receiving romantic cruise tickets for Shanghai’s Bund, courtesy of the company’s labor union. The event concluded amidst applause. Additionally, some participants exchanged contact information after the event, hoping to get to know each other better.

This matchmaking event not only reflected CIMC SOE’s commitment to supporting the growth and development of single young employees but also showcased the company’s deep collaboration with the government in cultural initiatives. Moving forward, CIMC SOE will continue to uphold its "people-oriented" philosophy, organizing diverse activities to provide opportunities for single employees to showcase themselves, connect with others, and find balance between work and life, ultimately achieving happiness and fulfillment!
