On February 12, Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "CIMC SOE") held its grand 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference. Attendees included Gao Wenbao, Vice President of CIMC ENRIC and General Manager of CIMC SOE; Wang Jianding, Executive Deputy General Manager; Deputy General Managers Jiang Weifeng, Su Fei, Zhou Lubing, and Shang Jinyan; Wei Guangsheng, Assistant General Manager; Shi Chongbing, Head of Finance; Shen Yuan, General Manager of Youqi Environmental Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Assistant General Manager of CIMC SOE; Lou Jiwei, Senior Advisor of CIMC SOE; along with special guests, resident shipowners, surveyors, supplier representatives, partner company representatives, and all employees. They gathered together to review the past year's journey, honor outstanding contributions, and collectively chart the course for future development.
The conference opened warmly with a New Year's greeting video from Chairman Yang Xiaohu. As Executive Director and President of CIMC ENRIC and Chairman of CIMC SOE, he highly commended SOE's remarkable achievements over the past year and encouraged all employees to strive for even greater success on the new journey.
Mr. Gao Wenbao, Vice President of CIMC ENRIC and General Manager of CIMC SOE, delivered a speech. He reviewed the company's ten-year journey since joining the CIMC family and the fruitful results achieved in 2025, while also outlining the development blueprint for 2026. He emphasized that facing external challenges, shipbuilders must firmly uphold their mission and build vessels capable of sailing through storms. Mr. Gao called upon all colleagues to prove themselves "stronger" in the next decade and to march together at full speed towards the goal of ten billion in revenue!

The conference presented over ten awards covering dimensions such as safety, Party building, management, cooperation, and contribution, recognizing outstanding collectives and individuals with remarkable performance and solid work styles.
The HSE series awards were presented first, commending exemplary departments, contractors, and employees who played leading roles in production safety, reflecting the company's steadfast commitment to safe development and reinforced responsibility. Subsequently, outstanding Party members were honored with the "Excellent Party Member Award" for their dedication and pioneering role in their posts, demonstrating the vanguard nature of Party members. In the area of continuous improvement, individuals and managers who achieved significant results in lean improvement received the "Lean Improvement Award" for their attention to detail and efforts to drive efficiency through ongoing optimization. Partners are a solid pillar supporting SOE's progress. The conference recognized multiple outstanding service providers, outstanding suppliers, strategic suppliers, and strategic partners, embodying the cooperative philosophy of "joining hands for progress and win-win cooperation".
Employees are always the foundation of enterprise development. The conference presented corresponding honors to outstanding employees, grassroots and middle-level managers, and model workers. The cultural performance segment was exceptionally brilliant. A performance of "Running" by a group of new graduates captured the youthful energy and dreams of young employees. The festive dance "Year of the Horse Style" saw the God of Wealth appear on stage, distributing red envelopes and gifts, igniting laughter and joy throughout the venue. A graceful duet dance, "Through the Forest", showcased the rhythm of Eastern aesthetics. The folk music performance "Horse Racing" vividly portrayed the image of galloping steeds with its stirring melody. A "Sports Cheerleading" routine performed by the company's sports enthusiasts incorporated elements from football, badminton, table tennis, and more, vividly presenting the vitality and drive of SOE people. A medley titled "Warmth in Time" was sung by employees together with partners from collaborating companies, interpreting the deep bond of working side by side. An innovative performance of "Grateful Heart" used sand painting to narrate the company's development journey, incorporating real interviews with employees from three generations—senior, middle-aged, and young—to express heartfelt gratitude to the company. Special guest Shi Huangjie, Deputy Director of the Qidong Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, and Tourism, delivered a powerful rendition of "Galloping Horses Guard the Border", symbolizing SOE's spirited charge and expansion into new territories in the new year.
Finally, a closing chorus of "Never Give Up," performed by the company's middle and senior management along with award recipients, brought the atmosphere to its peak. The resounding melody sang out the firm belief of SOE people in facing challenges with resilience and unity.
Interactive Fun: Sharing Joy, Blessings Overflowing
The interactive segments interspersed between awards and performances were creative and laughter-filled. New this year were large-screen interactive games like "Horse Race Shake" and "Crazy Money Counting", which ignited the audience's enthusiasm. On-stage games like "Guess the Word" and "Funny Mimicry Show" saw eager audience participation and generated continuous laughter. The lucky draw session continuously gave away generous prizes including phones, tablets, floor scrubbers, and kept pace with trends by introducing multiple rounds of surprise "Pop Mart Mystery Box" giveaways. At the event's conclusion, Mr. Gao Wenbao drew the grand prize cash red envelope, pushing the on-site atmosphere to its absolute climax.
