On September 11th, Mr. Yang Xiaohu, Executive Director and President of CIMC Enric, and Chairman of SOE, led the CLPT Europe team to visit Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CIMC SOE") for an exchange. Mr. Gao Wenbao, Vice President of CIMC Enric and General Manager of SOE, along with Mr. Wang Jianding, Executive Deputy General Manager of SOE, Mr. Zhou Lubing, Deputy General Manager of SOE, and Mr. Shi Chongbing, Financial Controller of SOE, warmly received the visiting delegation.
On the day, Mr. Yang Xiaohu arrived at CIMC SOE first, greeted by Mr. Gao Wenbao at the entrance, followed by discussions in the reception room.
Meanwhile, the CLPT Europe team visited the dock at the East Plant for an exchange. Under the guidance of Mr. Ma Qianjing, Assistant Minister of Environmental Protection and Security Department, the team was briefed on HSE policies and measures. Accompanied by Mr. Wang Xinghua, Shipbuilding Project Manager, the group boarded the newly completed trial voyage of the S1062 vessel to learn about its construction progress, marine power storage systems, green environmental protection performance, and low-carbon emission innovative technologies. The CLPT Europe team highly praised SOE's demonstrated professional technology and advanced level in shipbuilding.
Subsequently, both sides held in-depth exchanges and interactions in the conference room at the West Plant, engaging in enthusiastic discussions on several key topics including company scale, operational status, future development plans, market expansion strategies, product characteristics, and standardized production. In response to each question raised by the CLPT team, Mr. Gao provided detailed answers, comprehensively introducing SOE's current production situation while expressing firm confidence in achieving high-quality development goals in the future. At the same time, Mr. Gao emphasized that while recognizing achievements, there is still much room for improvement, such as limitations in ongoing projects, continuity, and growth in orders, requiring continuous efforts to meet diverse customer needs and keep up with the pace of green energy development to face challenges head-on.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Yang Xiaohu expressed high praise for the achievements made by CIMC SOE in recent years and hoped for more frequent exchanges between the two sides to jointly promote the business towards higher, stronger, and farther-reaching development.
